According to part 5 of article 10 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Tobacco Products, Tobacco Products, Nikotinsoderzhashchy Products and Raw Materials for Their Production" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of evaluating compliance of the applicant to mandatory requirements by provision by federal body on control and supervision of the state services provided by Articles 4, 8 and part 5 of article 9 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Tobacco Products, Tobacco Products, Nikotinsoderzhashchy Products and Raw Materials for Their Production".

2. Financial provision of the payment commitments connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided to federal body on the control and supervision specified in Item 9 of part 1 of article 2 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Tobacco Products, Tobacco Products, Nikotinsoderzhashchy Products and Raw Materials for Their Production" on the specified purposes in the federal budget for the next financial year and planning period.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication and acts within 6 years from the date of its entry into force, except for provisions of the subitem "an" of Item 19 of the Rules approved by this resolution regarding assessment of conformity of the applicant to the requirement about accessory to it on the property right, economic maintaining or operational management of the capital processing equipment which is intended for tobacco products manufacture, tobacco products, raw materials, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and nicotinic raw materials which becomes effective since July 1, 2025.
