About measures for further enhancement of activities of the Ministry of Health

1. Transform the Center of support of healthy lifestyle and increase in physical activity of the population to Institute of health and strategic development (further - Institute).
2. Determine the main objectives of Institute:
development and program implementation of forming of healthy lifestyle, prevention and fight against noninfectious diseases;
development and realization of complex measures for promotion of healthy lifestyle, to fight against addictions, forming of steady medical culture of the population;
development of evidence-based offers on priority activities, medium-term and long-term scenarios and strategies of development for health care system on the basis of progressive and acceptable foreign experience;
forming and maintaining medical statistics, development of offers on implementation of international standards and techniques in forming of statistics, enhancement of works in the field of collection, processings, generalization, the analysis, distribution and storage of statistical data in the field of medicine.
Determine that since January 1, 2024 under the terms of compensation, material stimulation and social protection the staff of Institute and its territorial subdivisions are equated to the staff of the Ministry of Health and its territorial authorities of management respectively.
3. To the Ministry of Health together with Institute in two-month time to develop the Program of forming of healthy lifestyle, systematic promotion and promoting of healthy nutrition for 2024 - 2026, having provided including:
preparation in year to 25 promorolik, programs and telecasts directed to forming of healthy lifestyle;
