For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About some measures for enhancement of management in the field of digitalization, innovations, high technologies and communication in the Azerbaijan Republic" of October 11, 2021 the No. 1464 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic DECIDES:

1. In "Rules of the organization and the regulation of activities for industries of services of biometric information" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 1, 2009 No. 50 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 4, Article 268; 2014, No. 6, Article 747; 2017, No. 9, Article 1750; 2019, No. 1, Article 160), in Item 11.1 of the word "transport, communication and high technologies" shall be replaced with words "digital development and transport".

2. In the "Procedure for state registration of airfields of joint basing" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 24, 2009 No. 69 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 4, Article 286; 2019, No. 1, Article 161) to make the following changes:

2.1. in subitem 2.1.7 of the word "transport, communication and high technologies" shall be replaced with words "digital development and transport";

2.2. in Item 3.1 of the word "The Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies (Further — MTCBT)" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of digital development and transport (further - MTsRT)";

In "Procedure for pretrip check of technical condition of the vehicles which are at the disposal of the carriers transporting passengers and loads road transport, performing pretrip medical examination of drivers", No. 71 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 24, 2009 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 4, Article 288; 2017, No. 4, Article 632, No. 9, Article 1751; No. 9, Article 1239), in Item 2.3 the word of "transport", in Items 2.7 and 2.8 of the word "transport, communication and high technologies" shall be replaced with words 2020, "digital development and transport".
