About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 4-f (costs) "The cost statement on production and sales of products (works, services)" and instructions for its filling
Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 4-f (costs) "The cost statement on production and sales of products (works, services)" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for January-December, 2023;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-f (costs) "The cost statement on production and sales of products (works, services)" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for January-December, 2023.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, separate divisions of legal entities according to Item 1 of Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-f (costs) "The cost statement on production and sales of products (works, services)" approved by this resolution.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 3, 2016 No. 93 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 4-f (costs) "The cost statement on production and sales of products (works, services)" and instructions for its filling";
