1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for exchange of information about the measures taken in course of carriage and the forms of control between monitoring bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning the goods (products) transported on the territories of state members using navigation seals.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

Procedure for exchange of information about the measures taken in course of carriage and the forms of control between monitoring bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning the goods (products) transported on the territories of state members using navigation seals

1. This Procedure determines rules of exchange between monitoring bodies of information on the taken measures providing carrying out customs and other types of the state control (supervision) concerning the goods (products) transported on the territories of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members) according to the Agreement on application in the Eurasian Economic Union of navigation seals for tracking of transportations of April 19, 2022, and forms of such control (further - measures and forms of control) for the purpose of monitoring of carrying out the state control (supervision).

2. The concepts used in this Procedure are applied in the values determined by the Agreement on application in the Eurasian Economic Union of navigation seals for tracking of transportations of April 19, 2022.

3. Before determination by the Eurasian economic commission of procedure for interstate information exchange with use of the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union exchange of information about measures and forms of control is performed by monitoring bodies through authorized operators (bodies) of the state members.

4. For the purpose of exchange of information about measures and forms of control the monitoring body which applied such measures and forms of control creates the message containing the following data:

a) unique identification number of navigation seal;

b) unique number of transportation;

c) basis for application of measures and forms of control;

d) the name of the monitoring body which made the decision on application of measures and forms of control;

e) name of carrier;

e) country of incorporation of carrier;

g) registration number of the vehicle;

h) date and time of decision making about application of measures and forms of control;

i) date and time of the beginning of application of measures and forms of control;

j) document number, drawn up by results of application of measures and forms of control;

k) date and time of completion of application of measures and forms of control;

l) results of application of measures and forms of control;

m) address (short name of the country, administrative and territorial unit (region, area, area, etc.), settlement, street, house number, number of the case (structure)) places of application of measures and forms of control.

5. After completion of application of measures and forms of control the monitoring body which applied measures and forms of control sends to the authorized operator (body) of the state member the message specified in item 4 of this Procedure.

6. After receipt of the message according to Item 5 of this Procedure the authorized operator (body) of state member which monitoring body applied measures and forms of control sends it to perhaps short time to authorized operators (bodies) of other state members on which territories will be transported goods (products) (are transported).

Authorized operators (bodies) of state members send the specified message to perhaps short time to monitoring bodies of the state members.
