1. Establish form of electronic passenger ticket and the luggage receipt in civil aviation (appendix to this order).

2. Determine that the route/receipt of electronic passenger ticket and the luggage receipt (the statement from the automated information system of registration of airborne transportations) is the document of the strict reporting and is applied to implementation by the organizations and individual entrepreneurs of cash cash calculations and (or) calculations with use of payment cards without use of the control and cash equipment.

Form of electronic passenger ticket and the luggage receipt in civil aviation

1. The electronic passenger ticket and the luggage receipt in civil aviation (further - the electronic ticket) represents the document used for the certificate of the transportation agreement of the passenger and baggage in which information on airborne transportation of the passenger and baggage is provided in electronic digital form and has the following structure and content:

1) structure of the electronic ticket:

the electronic flight coupon (depending on the number of runs the number of electronic flights of coupons can constitute from 1 to 4);

electronic control coupon;

electronic agency coupon;

the route/receipt (the statement from the automated information system of registration of airborne transportations).

Availability of the electronic flight coupon and route/receipt is obligatory;

2) contents of the electronic ticket:

a) the route/receipt (the statement from the automated information system of registration of airborne transportations), electronic flight, electronic control, electronic agency coupons contain the following data on transportation of the passenger and baggage:

information about the passenger (for domestic transports - surname, name, middle name, the name, series and document number, proving the identity; for international carriages - surname, other data according to the international standards);

name and (or) code of carrier;

flight number;

date of flight departure;

departure time of run;

the name and (or) codes of the airports/points of departure and assignment for each run;

rate;

rate equivalent (if it is applied);

total cost of transportation;

payment method;

charges (if are applied);

name and (or) code of booking class;

armoring status code;

date of registration;

the name of the agency/carrier which drew up the ticket; regulation of free conveyance (at discretion);

unique number of the electronic ticket.

The route/receipt (the statement from the automated information system of registration of airborne transportations) is drawn up and issued (goes in electronic form on information and telecommunication network) to the passenger obligatory. The route/receipt (the statement from the automated information system of registration of airborne transportations) is the document of the strict reporting;

b) the route/receipt (the statement from the automated information system of registration of airborne transportations), the electronic flight coupon, the electronic control coupon, the electronic agency coupon may contain other additional information about condition of carriages or features of servicing of passengers and baggage, including information on restrictions of life activity of passengers from among disabled people and other persons with life activity restrictions;

c) unique number of the electronic ticket of carrier contains the international three-digital code of carrier and forms consisting of 10 digits code and serial number.

In case of absence at carrier of three-digital code of carrier in case of domestic transports, and also in case of international carriages by charter flights the three-digital code of carrier is replaced with two-symbolical code of carrier.

Unique number of the electronic ticket of the organization providing implementation of settlement between carriers and other participants of transportation process contains three-symbolical settlement code and forms consisting of 10 digits code and serial number.

2. The electronic flight coupon of the electronic ticket reflects the following statuses:

it is open for use;

airport control;

was registered;

exchange/renewal;

it is used for transportation / used;

transportation not according to the schedule;

landing aboard the passenger is made;

only for information;

it is unpacked;

return is made;

it is suspended;

it is unavailable to use;

it is cancelled;

exchange in case of printout;

it is closed.

The status of the electronic flight coupon can reflect other additional information about its condition and application.

3. The electronic ticket is created with use of the automated system.
