About additional measures for investment attraction for development of domestic automotive industry
For the purpose of creation of conditions for development of domestic automotive industry as one of the key industries which are actively influencing processes of economic and social development of the country I decide:
1. Accept government proposal of the Russian Federation about the state support of large-scale projects of creation and development of production capacities for the release of modern means of road transport and automobile components (further hereinafter are referred to as - projects) including realized with the assistance of foreign investors who answer the following criteria:
the total volume of investment, necessary for project implementation, constitutes at least 1500 million rubles within five years that is fixed in the investment agreement signed by the investor with the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation. At the same time in case of participation of the foreign investor in the authorized (share) capital of the Russian commercial organization enabling project implementation, its share shall constitute at least 150 million rubles;
the share of the costs made in the territory of the Russian Federation after five years since the beginning of project implementation and attributable to cost constitutes at least 50 percent of cost of end products.
