1. Approve Rules of registration of suppliers of goods and (or) services, services in transportation of persons with disability on invataks or their removals from registration on the portal of social services, and also the admission of goods and (or) services for the portal of social services, according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. Approve form of the agreement signed on the portal of social services according to appendix 2 to this order.

3. Recognize invalid the order and structural elements of some orders of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this order.

4. To provide to social services department of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2023 and is subject to official publication.

Rules of registration of suppliers of goods and (or) services, services in transportation of persons with disability on invataks or their removals from registration on the portal of social services, and also the admission of goods and (or) services for the portal of social services

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of registration of suppliers of goods and (or) services, services in transportation of persons with disability on invataks or their removals from registration on the portal of social services, and also the admission of goods and (or) services for the portal of social services (further – Rules) are developed according to the paragraph the twenty fourth the subitem 5) of article 12 of the Social code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Code) and determine order of registration of suppliers of goods and (or) services, services in transportation of persons with disability on invataks or their removals from registration on the portal of social services, and also the admission of goods and (or) services for the portal of social services.

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) special vehicles – type of the technical assistance providing movement of person with disability;

2) the portal of social services (further – the portal) – the object of informatization representing single point of access to goods and the services, services in transportation of persons with disability on invataks provided by suppliers for persons with disability on the terms of compensation of their cost by local executive bodies within the guaranteed amount according to the Code;

3) the Center of development of manpower (further – JSC TsRTR) – the legal entity created according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan under authorized state body, providing information and analytical maintenance of the labor market, active measures of assistance of employment, methodological support of employment services, development and maintenance of unified information system of the social and labor sphere;
