"Road map" on deepening of reforms in the field of the mining industry and geology, and transformation of activities of system, according to appendix No. 5 *;
Structure of the State Commission on Mineral Reserves under the Ministry of the mining industry and geology, according to appendix No. 6 *;
Priority activities of the Ministry of the mining industry and geology, according to appendix No. 7*.

2. Approve offers of the Agency of strategic reforms in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Economics and finance and the Ministries of the mining industry and geology about transfer:
the state blocks of shares in Uzbekgeologorazvedka and Uzbekgeofizika joint-stock companies to Agency on management of the state assets;
functions of the Ministry of Economics and finance on development of the medepererabatyvayushchy industry to the Ministry of the mining industry and geology.
