Rules of check of reliability of lists of initiative group of citizens on creation of political party, members of political party

1. General provisions

1. Rules of check of reliability of lists of initiative group of citizens on creation of political party, members of political party (further - Rules) determine procedure for conducting checks by officials of authorized body in the sphere of state registration of legal entities (further - registering body).

2. When conducting checks officials of registering body perform the activities according to the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, and also these rules.

3. Check of reliability of lists of initiative group of citizens on creation of political party and members of political party (further - lists) is performed:

1) in case of submission of the notification on intention of creation of political party for initiative group, in day of receipt of the notification according to article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About political parties";

2) in case of submission of documents, the stipulated in Article 10 Laws "About Political Batches", for members of political party.

4. Persons specified in lists shall be the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who reached eighteen-year age.

Membership of foreigners, stateless persons, and also collective membership in political party are not allowed.

The citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan can consist the member only of one political party.

Membership in political party is voluntary, individual and fixed.
