According to Article part eight 305, to Article part three 307, of part six of Article 310 of Chapter 44, of Article part three 315, of part four of Article 315-5 of Chapter 45, of part four of Article 316 of Chapter 45-1, of part two of Article 317-1 of Chapter 46 of the Section X of the Customs code of Ukraine, Item 5 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of August 15, 2022 No. 2510-IX "About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine of rather some questions of accomplishment of Chapter 5 of the Section IV of the agreement on association between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, on the other hand", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for providing customs payment;

form of the form of individual guarantee;

form of the form of general guarantee;

form of the act of joint reconciliation concerning application of individual guarantees, reservation and release of parts of the basic amount of general guarantee or release from guarantee;

form of the requirement about customs payment;

the application form about registration of the guarantor.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 7, 2020 No. 404 "About approval of blank forms of financial guarantees and procedure for their filling", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 08, 2020 at No. 860/35143;

the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of February 9, 2021 No. 69 "About approval of the Procedure for information exchange concerning registration of the financial guarantor, its suspension, updating, cancellation, the other information necessary for implementation of supervision and control over the implementation by the financial guarantor of conditions of provision of the status of the financial guarantor", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 05, 2021 at No. 444/36066;

the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of April 6, 2021 No. 200 "About some questions of ensuring payment of customs debt in the mode of joint transit", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 17, 2021 at No. 648/36270.

3. To the State Customs Service of Ukraine within 180 days from the date of entry into force of this order to finish the corresponding software for implementation of requirements of this order.

4. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.
