For the purpose of realization of part 3 of article 22 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About auditor activities", article 54-2 of the Code about non-tax income of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish the following amount of charges:

1) the onetime charge for registration and re-registration in the Unified state register of auditors, auditing organizations and professional auditor associations with:

- auditors - in the amount of ten settlement indicators;

- auditing organizations - in the amount of twenty settlement indicators;

- the auditing organizations allowed to carrying out audit of subjects of public interest - in the amount of twenty settlement indicators;

2) annual collection for maintaining the Unified state register of auditors, auditing organizations and professional auditor associations with:

- auditors - in the amount of twenty settlement indicators;

- auditing organizations - in the amount of hundred settlement indicators;

- the auditing organizations allowed to carrying out audit of subjects of public interest - in the amount of five hundred settlement indicators.

2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
