implementation of the state supervision and control of safety of transportations on rail transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
development, approval and control of execution of complex of the preventive measures aimed at safety of rail haulings;
the organization of licensing of activities in the field of rail transport;
development, approval and control of execution of regulating documents on railway operation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
participation in examination of projects and work on acceptance in continuous or temporary operation of objects, products and technologies of rail transport regarding compliance to their established requirements.
2. Approve:
structure of the State inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of rail haulings and its central office with the total extreme number of 48 units, including managerial personnel - 35 units, according to appendices No. No. 1 and 2;
