1. On Russian Railways and rates of the additional charges to expect rates transit transportation of goods by rules of Tariff policy and to convert into US dollars on the rate announced by Administration * Tariff policy.

2. And the rates of the additional charges calculated in Russian rubles to convert rates on transit transportation of goods on Russian Railways into US dollars on the official rate of Russian ruble to the US dollar established by the Central bank of the Russian Federation for date of the announcement of such rates the organization of rail transport.

3. Including with participation of different types of transport irrespective of forms of carriage documents to perform charge of transportation payments for transit transportation of goods on Russian Railways in US dollars.

4. Determine that payment currency for transit transportation of goods on Russian Railways are:

Russian rubles - when calculating with the forwarding organizatsiyamirezidenta of the Russian Federation which signed the contract with the organizations of rail transport;

US dollars - when calculating with the forwarding organizatsiyaminerezidenta of the Russian Federation which signed the contract with the organizations of rail transport;

other currency if it is provided by the contract between the forwarding organization and the organization of rail transport and does not contradict the current legislation.

5. The cash amount in Russian rubles arriving in payment for transportation payments is determined proceeding from the official ruble exchange rate to US dollar established by the Central bank of the Russian Federation on payment date.

6. The cash amount in foreign currency (except for US dollars) arriving in payment for transportation payments is determined proceeding from the official rate of the corresponding currency to Russian ruble established by the Central bank of the Russian Federation on payment date, with the subsequent recalculation of the received amount of US dollars according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 5 these orders.

7. The reconciliation of calculations for the executed transit transportation of goods for Russian Railways between the organization of rail transport and the forwarding organizations is performed in US dollars.

8. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister A. S. Misharin.
