About separate types of goods to which quantitative restrictions on import to the territory of the Russian Federation can be applied

In pursuance of the subitem "b" of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 8, 2022 "About application for the purpose of safety of the Russian Federation of special economic measures in the field of foreign economic activity" the Government of the Russian Federation decides No. 100:

1. Approve the enclosed list of separate types of goods to which from October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025 quantitative restrictions on import from the foreign states and the territories making concerning the Russian Federation, the Russian legal entities and physical persons unfriendly actions according to the list determined by the Government of the Russian Federation according to Item 14 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 5, 2022 No. 95 "About temporary procedure for obligation fulfillment before some foreign creditors" on the territory of the Russian Federation inclusive can be applied.

2. Determine that restrictions on the goods provided by the list approved by this resolution do not extend:

on the goods imported from state members of the Eurasian Economic Union;

on the goods imported when implementing their transit international motor transportations and transit international rail haulings through the territory of the Russian Federation into the third countries;

on the goods imported by physical persons for private use.

3. If necessary to represent to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation to the Government of the Russian Federation taking into account the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2009 No. 1166 "About Government Commission on Economic Development and Integration" offers on amounts of quantitative restrictions on commodity importation according to the list approved by this resolution about rules for apportionment of these amounts between participants of foreign trade activity and (or) procedure for confirmation of purpose of imported goods.

4. Provide to the Federal Customs Service control over the implementation of Items 1 and 2 of this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
