According to Items 1-2, 5 of part one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, of the subitem 61 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State Tax Administration of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 06, 2019 No. 227, of the Procedure for processing of personal data in base personal this-state register of physical persons - taxpayers, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the order of February 24, 2015 No. 210, the Procedure for forming, maintaining and promulgation (provision) of information of the Unified state register of declarations of persons authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 12, 2015 at No. 278/26723, the National agency approved by the order concerning prevention of corruption of July 23, 2021 No. 448/21, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 29, 2021 at No. 986/36608, for the purpose of ensuring proper electronic information exchange of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption and the State Tax Administration of Ukraine which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Finance of Ukraine, PRIKAZYVAYEM:

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for electronic information exchange of electronic information resources of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption and the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the National agency concerning prevention of corruption of August 12, 2020 No. 495/344/20 "About approval of the Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine of information from the State register of physical persons - taxpayers about the income of physical persons on requests of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 4, 2020 at No. 848/35131.

3. To provide to management of conducting complete checks of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption and the Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
