About establishment of the increased coefficient to official pay rates of government employees in state bodies with life-threatening and health or especially severe conditions of service

Article 1. The legislation on establishment of the increased coefficient to official pay rates in state bodies with life-threatening and health or especially severe conditions of service

Establishment of the increased coefficient to official pay rates in state bodies with life-threatening and health or especially severe conditions of service is regulated by this Law, the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service" and other regulatory legal acts.

Article 2. The basis for purpose of the increased coefficient to official pay rates in state bodies with life-threatening and health or especially severe conditions of service

The increased coefficient to official pay rates of government employees in state bodies with life-threatening and health or especially severe conditions of service is appointed based on the list of state bodies with life-threatening and health or especially severe conditions of service and the corresponding positions of public service.

The list of state bodies with life-threatening and health or especially severe conditions of service and the corresponding positions of public service affirms relevant organ of the executive authority.

Article 3. Procedure and the amount of establishment of the increased coefficient to official pay rates in state bodies with life-threatening and health or especially severe conditions of service

The increased coefficient established by relevant organ of the executive authority is applied to official pay rates of government employees in state bodies with life-threatening and health or especially severe conditions of service. The allowance to official pay rate corresponding to this increased coefficient is paid monthly together with the state salary and considered in case of calculation of average state salary of government employees.

The increased coefficient in state bodies with life-threatening and health or especially severe conditions of service is applied to official pay rates from the date of appointment of the government employee to the corresponding position.

To official pay rate of person, temporarily replacement government employee in state bodies with life-threatening and health or especially severe conditions of service, for replacement the increased coefficient according to official pay rate replaced is appointed.

Article 4. The introduction of the Law in force

This Law becomes effective from the date of publication.
