Article 2. Carry the Krasnoleninsky oil field located in the territory of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug to objects, right to use by which it can be granted on the terms of the Section of products. Subsoil users at the time of adoption of this Federal Law - the state company - Krasnoleninskneftegaz production association (Kondpetroleum), Khantymansiyskneftegazgeologia public joint stock company, the Yugraneft joint stock oil company.

Article 3. Carry the Kuranakhsky group of gold deposits located in the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) to objects, right to use by which it can be granted on the terms of the Section of products. The subsoil user at the time of adoption of this Federal Law - Kuranakhsky Gold Mining Company private company.

Article 4. Carry the Yakovlevsky field of iron ores located in the territory of the Belgorod region to objects, right to use by which it can be granted on the terms of the Section of products. Article 7. Carry the Prirazlomnoye oil field located on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation and which is under authority of the Russian Federation to objects, right to use by which it can be granted on the terms of the Section of products. The subsoil user at the time of adoption of this Federal Law - joint-stock company "the Russian company on development of the shelf" (Rosshelf company).

Article 8. The objects specified in Articles 1 - the 7th this Federal Law, belong to the list of subsoil plots, including mineral deposits concerning which since the date of entry into force of this Federal Law negotiations on conditions of use of natural resources can be held and be signed agreements on search, exploration and production of mineral raw materials on the terms of the Section of products.

Article 9. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
