Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of information access of the state monitoring of property (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 3 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state monitoring of property in the industries of economy having strategic importance" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for information access of the state monitoring of property (further - Information) state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Information of the state monitoring of property is provided by means of the quick authorized access to the electronic database.

Chapter 2. Procedure for provision of information access of the state monitoring of property

3. The information access is provided:

Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Presidential Administration);

To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Government);

to the central and local executive bodies, local representative bodies;

to state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. The Presidential Administration, the Government and authorized body on state planning obtain Information in full or on the single questions relating to subject of the state monitoring of property.

5. The central executive bodies and state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, obtain Information in full on objects of the state monitoring of property concerning which they perform rights of possession and uses of the state blocks of shares and shares and/or functions of state body.

6. Local representative bodies and local executive bodies obtain Information concerning the objects of the state monitoring of property which are on the corresponding administrative and territorial unit.

7. The central executive bodies and state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, not performing rights of possession and uses of the state blocks of shares and shares and/or functions of state body concerning object of the state monitoring of property, and also objects of the state monitoring of property which are in private property obtain Information within the questions which are within their competence.
