The purpose of this Law is regulation of the relations in the field of anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and their projects.
The legislation on anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and their projects consists of this Law and other acts of the legislation.
If the international treaty of the Republic of Uzbekistan establishes other rules, than those which are stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Uzbekistan about anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and their projects then are applied rules of the international treaty.
In this Law the following basic concepts are applied:
corruptogenic factor - the precepts of law creating opportunity for corruption manifestations, making of corruption offenses;
anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and their projects - the complex of actions directed to identification of corruptogenic factors in regulatory legal acts and their projects, development of the recommendations and taking measures directed to elimination of the revealed corruptogenic factors;
cheklist - the questionnaire of standard form on identification of corruptogenic factors in regulatory legal acts and their projects.
The basic principles of anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and their projects are:
legality;
independence;
objectivity;
obligation of conducting anti-corruption examination;
