According to subitem 1-2) of Item 1 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About use of airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and activities of aircraft" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the enclosed List of dangerous substances and objects, and also all types of the drugs prohibited passengers to transportation on civil air vehicles.

2. To provide to committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The list of dangerous substances and objects, and also all types of the drugs prohibited passengers to transportation on civil air vehicles

1. The list of dangerous substances and objects, and also all types of the drugs prohibited passengers to transportation on civil air vehicles is held for use as instructive material for the purpose of bringing exception aboard civil air vehicles of dangerous substances and objects which are in transit capable to do harm or to create threat for life and human health, safety of flight or property, and also all types of drugs.

2. The dangerous substances and objects prohibited to transportation in cabin baggage and baggage:

1) the destructive and other killing devices containing at least the charge of explosive substance and blasting agent suitable and intended for making of action in the form of explosion, and also explosive substances and objects, containing them including:

all types of gunpowder, irrespective of quantity and packaging;

grenades, mines and shells of all types;

caps (percussion caps) hunting and caps detonators;

model or imitation of destructive devices;

pyrotechnic means, including illuminating flares of any kind, including petards, Bengal lights, crackers and percussion caps for toy guns, landing checkers, torch pots (checkers);

dynamite, tolite, ammonal, trotyl and other explosive substances belonging to the class of 1 dangerous goods specified in the list of the dangerous goods determined by Technical instructions by safe transportation of dangerous goods by air of Doc 9284, of International Civil Aviation Organization (IKAO);

the caps, detonators, electrodetonators, electroigniters detonating and safety fuses;

2) radioactive materials;

3) narcotic substances according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 1998 "About drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors and measures of counteraction to their illicit trafficking and abuse of them";

4) compressed and liquefied gases, including gases for household use, all types of aerosols except for:

medicines - the aerosols and oxygen tanks used in the medical purposes within the amounts necessary for maintenance of health of the passenger;

cylinders with carbon dioxide for actuation of artificial extremities (prostheses);

cylinders with carbon dioxide for the self-inflated life jackets;

inhalers (nebulizers) portable, representing the wireless, noise-free, rechargeable easy devices intended for treatment of sharp and chronic respiratory diseases and being in case of the passenger in pocket;

non-inflammable and nontoxic aerosols, the amount to 100 milliliters allows transportation in cabin baggage, over 100 milliliters in the baggage not available to passengers;

5) flammable fluids and substances, including acetone, gasoline, tests of oil products, methanol, methyl ether, braking fluid, carbon sulfur, ethers and other flammable fluids, including alcoholic beverages with alcohol content more than 70% on amount (fortress of 140%);

6) flammable solid substances - substances which from effect on them of water, generate heat and combustible gases that can cause self-ignition and the fire:

potassium, sodium, calcium metal and their alloys;

phosphorus white, yellow, red, other substances belonging to the category of flammable solid substances;

peroxides organic;

nitrocellulose colloid;

7) toxic and toxic agents:

any toxic, strong and toxic agents in liquid or solid state, packed into any container: brucine, nicotine, strychnine, tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol, antifreeze, ethylene glycol, mercury, all salts of hydrocianic acid and cyanic medicines, cyclone, tsianplav, arsenous anhydride and other strong toxic and toxic agents;
