1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for application of minimum rates of award for some types of use of works.

2. To provide to department on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Instruction for application of minimum rates of award for some types of use of works

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Instruction disaggregates application of minimum rates of award for use of works by public performance, the public message, for reproduction and (or) distribution of works, reproduction of audiovisual works for personal reasons without the consent of the author.

2. In this Instruction the following basic concepts are used:

1) the works which are not protected by copyright - performing folk art, works which turned into public property owing to the protection expiration;
