- 4,86 of hectare - on balance of Department of physical culture and sport under the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- 3,0 of hectare - in municipal property of city administration Jalal-Abad for construction of the general education organization.

5-1. Recommend to city administration Jalal-Abad in accordance with the established procedure:

- accept the parcel of land specified in paragraph three of Item 5 of this resolution in municipal property;

- demolish emergency constructions on the above-stated parcel of land;

- use the transferred object strictly for purpose;

- not make further alienation of the transferred object;

- make content and further servicing of object at the expense of means of the local budget.

6. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic annually to provide in the republican budget financial resources in the amount of, necessary for ensuring activities of the created organization.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

8. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
