About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning meat of krill

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning meat of the krill subjected to thermal treatment, in primary packages net - the weighing more than 2 kg, classified by code 1605 40 000 1 CN FEA EEU, in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till September 30, 2024 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in line item with code 1605 40 000 1 of the CN FEA EEU to replace the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "<3C>" with the reference "<79C>";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 79C of the following content:

"<79C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of July 11, 2023 No. 96 till 30.09.2024 inclusive.".
