RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

About some questions connected with financial accounting

Based on Item 7 of article 10 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About financial accounting" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "The list of works and positions for the conclusion of the written agreement about full financial responsibility for failure to provide of safety of the material values issued for transportation, realization (leave), processing or application in production process at the companies in organizations and the organizations" and "The approximate individual agreement on full financial responsibility" (is attached).

2. Charge to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic as required in modification of the list of works and positions attached to this Resolution, to represent the offers to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.

Approximate individual agreement on full financial responsibility

     На основании статьи 126-1 Кодекса законов о труде Азербайджанской
Республики предприятие,  учреждение,  организация заключает  примерный
индивидуальный   договор   о  полной  материальной  ответственности  с
работником,  занимающим   должность,   непосредственно   связанную   с
хранением,   обработкой,   реализацией   (отпуском),   перевозкой  или
применением в процессе  производства  выданных  работникам  ценностей,
либо  исполняющим  подобные  работы,  достигшим  возраста 18 лет,  при
соответствии занимаемой им должности и выполняемой работы специальному
перечню, утвержденному Кабинетом министров Азербайджанской Республики.
