1. Approve Regulations on the mechanism of compensation money payments on payment of housing and communal services according to appendix.
2. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 30, 2010 No. 102
This Provision determines the mechanism of compensation money payments (further - compensation) by payment of housing and communal services.
1. Receivers of monthly compensation money payments in the amount of 45 percent from the basic size of calculation of pension are:
a) Persons equated to persons, become the face with disability as a result of war of 1941 - 1945, and to her participants. 11. Receivers of monthly compensation money payments in the amount of 50 percent from the basic size of calculation of pension are persons, the become disabled people as a result of war of 1941 - 1945 and her participants, except for persons equated to them.
2. Receivers of monthly compensation money payments in the amount of 25 percent from the basic size of calculation of pension are members of the labor front during war of 1941 - 1945.
3. According to the Tax code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, monthly compensation money payments on payment of housing and communal services are included comprehensive income and also pension payment due dates through the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan are paid according to the procedure (further - the Pension fund).
At the same time, compensations are paid to the pensioners receiving pension at the expense of the Republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan in pension payment due dates through the organization in which pension is granted.

filing of application about suspension of payment of compensation from the citizen.
Payment to the appointed compensation can be suspended also in other cases, stipulated by the legislation.
