About providing continuity of financing of expenses on the state support of agricultural industry

For the purpose of strengthening of resource base of Fund of the state support of agricultural industry under the Ministry of Economics and finance:

1. Allocate to the Ministry of Economics and finance for Fund of the state support of agricultural industry at the expense of Fund of reconstruction and development of 250 million US dollars for the term of 24 months without percent for financing of the expenses connected with the state support of agricultural industry.

At the same time to Fund of the state support of agricultural industry to take measures for prolongation up to 24 months of term of return of the credits allocated by commercial banks to cotton and textile clusters on financing of cultivation of cotton in 2022 in the part constituting 250 million US dollars.

2. Make changes to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 10, 2023 No. UP-2 "About Measures for Support of Activities of Cotton and Textile Clusters, Radical Reforming of the Textile and Sewing and Knitted Industry, and also Further Increase in the Export Potential of the Sphere" according to appendix.

3. Assign to the Minister of Economy and Finance Sh. D. Kudbiyev and the Minister of Agriculture A. B. Voitov the personal responsibility for the effective organization of execution of this Decree.

Discussion of course of execution of this Decree, implementation of coordination and control of activities of the departments responsible for its execution to assign to the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Zh. A. Hodzhayev.

1. In paragraph three of Item 2 of the word "means in the amount of 200 million US dollars for a period of 3 years" shall be replaced with words "in 2023 means in the amount of 50 million US dollars, in 2024 - in the amount of 150 million US dollars with return condition till January 1, 2026".
