1. Data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature, and also on the income, on property and obligations of property nature of the of the spouse (spouse) and minor children (further - data on the income) represent to the Bank of Russia:

the citizens applying for the positions included in the List of positions of bank clerks of Russia, for which in case of acceptance citizens and in case of which replacement bank clerks of Russia shall represent data on the income, expenses, on property and obligations of property nature, and also on the income, expenses, on property and obligations of property nature of the of the spouse (spouse) and minor children (further - the List), No. 86-FZ approved by the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia according to article 90.1 of the Federal Law of July 10, 2002 "About the Central bank the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)";

the bank clerks of Russia holding the positions which are not included in the List, and applying for the positions included in the List;

the bank clerks of Russia replacing (is permanent or temporary on vacant position) as of December 31 of accounting year of position, included in the List;

the citizens applying for positions of financial representatives in spheres of financial services and the head of service of ensuring activities of the financial representative;

the financial representatives in spheres of financial services and the head of service of ensuring activities of the financial representative replacing the corresponding positions as of December 31 of accounting year.

Requirements of this Item extend also on:

the bank clerks of Russia holding positions with the double name, one of which is specified in the List;

the citizens and bank clerks of Russia applying for positions with the double name, one of which is specified in the List.

2. Persons specified in paragraphs four and pole of Item of 1 this Instruction, annually in terms, stipulated in Item 5 these Instructions represent to the Bank of Russia of the data on the expenses, and also about the expenses of the spouse (spouse) and minor children according to each transaction on acquisition of the parcel of land, other real estate object, the vehicle, securities (shares, shares in the authorized (share) capital of the organizations), digital financial assets, the digital currency made by them, their spouse (spouse) and (or) minor children within the calendar year preceding year of submission of data (further - the accounting period) if the total amount of such transactions exceeds total income of these persons and their spouse (spouse) in three last years preceding the accounting period (further - data on expenses), and about sources of receipt of means at the expense of which these transactions are made.

3. Data on the income and data on expenses (further in case of joint mentioning - data on the income, expenses) are represented by persons specified in Item of 1 this Instruction to Department of personnel policy of the Bank of Russia (further - Department) in form of the certificate of the income, expenses, of property and obligations of property nature approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 23, 2014 No. 460 "About approval of form of the certificate of the income, expenses of property and obligations of property nature and introduction of amendments to some acts of the President of the Russian Federation" (further - Presidential decree of the Russian Federation No. 460) filled with use of the special software of "the Reference of BK".

4. Data on the income, expenses are represented in envelope marked "Personally" addressed to the department director or person fulfilling its duties.

Bank clerks of Russia can represent data on the income, expenses through services of documentary ensuring management (expedition) of divisions of the Bank of Russia.

5. Persons specified in paragraphs four and pole of Item of 1 this Instruction annually no later than April 30 of the year following reporting represent data on the income, the income of the spouse (spouse) and the minor children received from all sources for the accounting period (from January 1 to December 31) and also data on the property belonging to specified persons, their spouse (spouse) and minor children and on their obligations of property nature as of the end of the accounting period, and also data on expenses.

6. Persons specified in paragraphs the second, third and fifth Item of 1 this Instruction represent data on the income, the income of the spouse (spouse) and the minor children received from all sources for the calendar year preceding year of submission of documents for occupation of the corresponding position, and also data on the property belonging to specified persons, their spouse (spouse) and minor children and on their obligations of the property nature as of the first preceding month of submission of documents for occupation of the corresponding position (on reporting date). Persons specified in paragraphs the second and fifth Item of 1 this Instruction represent the specified data in case of submission of other documents necessary for occupation of the corresponding position.
