1. The non-state pension fund performing activities for non-state pension provision and registered in system of guaranteeing the rights of members of non-state pension funds (further - participating fund), shall create the register of obligations of participating fund to participants, legal successors of members of participating fund (further respectively - participants, the register) with use of the program technical means allowing to create the register in electronic form for any date in the form established by appendix 1 to this Instruction according to procedure the installed application 2 to this Instruction.

2. The register is created by participating fund:

upon the demand of the Bank of Russia, to No. 555-FZ directed according to Item 2 of article 8 of the Federal Law of December 28, 2022 "About guaranteeing the rights of members of non-state pension funds within activities for non-state pension provision" (further respectively - the Federal Law No. 555-FZ, the requirement of the Bank of Russia), - within 5 working days from the date of receipt in participating fund of the requirement of the Bank of Russia as of the date specified in it;

in case of approach of warranty case - no later than term, stipulated in Item 3 articles 8 of the Federal Law No. 555-FZ, as of date of approach of warranty case.

3. The data included in the register in case of its forming which according to the paragraph the fourth Item 1 of article 14 of the Federal Law of May 7, 1998 No. 75-FZ "About non-state pension funds" the participating fund shall consider on retirement accounts of non-state pension provision shall correspond to the data reflected in retirement accounts of non-state pension provision for date of approach of warranty case (the date specified in the requirement of the Bank of Russia).

4. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.
