About approval of the list of the regulatory legal acts which are not subject to state registration in judicial authorities

According to the subitem 5) Item 3 of article 35-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About legal acts", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the enclosed list of the regulatory legal acts which are not subject to state registration in judicial authorities.

2. To provide to department of registration of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on supervising vice-the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulatory legal acts according to professional standards and single wage rate books of works and professions of workers, registers of positions of civil servants, standard qualification characteristics of positions of heads, specialists and other employees, the job evaluation catalog of positions of heads, specialists and other employees.

12. Regulatory legal acts of local representative and executive bodies, except for regulatory legal acts by determination of procedure for the organization and implementation of any type of activity.
