1. Approve Requirements to the automated information systems for accounting of pension assets and accumulatings according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Recognize invalid regulatory legal act of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also separate structural elements of some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the list according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. To provide to department of the security market in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Legal department state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the supervising vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market.

5. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2023 and is subject to official publication.

Requirements to the automated information systems for accounting of pension assets and accumulatings

Chapter 1. General provisions

2. In Requirements the following concepts are used:

1) the automated information systems - the organizational ordered set of the information and communication technologies, service personnel and technical documentation realizing certain technological actions by means of information exchange and intended for the solution of specific functional objectives;

2) the administrator of the automated information system (further - the administrator) - the employee of the single accumulation pension fund or Voluntary accumulation pension fund providing functioning, setup, support and maintenance of technical means of the automated information system and participating in information process by means of the hardware and software;

3) disclosure of information (data, the software, information messages) - the action resulting from receipt of unauthorized information access and possible disclosure of the received data;

4) information security - complex of the actions ensuring information security in the sphere of informatization (further - information security);

5) authentication - confirmation of authenticity of the subject or access object by determination of compliance of the shown details of access available in system;

6) the malicious software - the software created for the purpose of damnification to information systems and information resources;

7) the identifier - the unique personal code or name appropriated to the subject and (or) object of system and intended for the regulated access to system and (or) to system resources;

8) identification - assignment or determination of compliance of the access to system and (or) to resource of system of the identifier to the list of the identifiers which are available in system shown for obtaining;

9) the administrator of safety - the employee of the single accumulation pension fund or Voluntary accumulation pension fund providing implementation of measures for protection of information systems, technical means, and also maintenance of system within security policy;
