About approval of the Control list of specific goods
According to the subitem 5) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About control of specific goods" I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Control list of specific goods.
2. To provide to committee of industrial development of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.

General notes according to the list
1. For control over the goods developed or changed for military application address the corresponding list/-ам on control over military goods. References in this list with the text "Also to watch control over military goods" refer to the same lists.
2. The goods entered in this list shall not be exempted from licensing when exporting uncontrollable goods (including plants), the containing one or more controlled components being the main part of goods and can be easily removed or used for other application.
Special note: By consideration of controlled component or components for the purpose of their reference to the main part it is necessary to weigh such factors as quantity, value and the used technological know-how, and also the other special factors capable to determine the fact: whether the controlled component or components is the main part of acquired goods.
3. The goods specified in this list include both new, and being in the use.
4. The Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity codes are referral and auxiliary codes in the course of identification and correlation of goods (services) to products double and military. The Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity codes can be not complete or not cover all controlled line items, and can not correspond to technical parameters of controlled line item. The final decision to dual or military purpose is determined by identification and correlation of these or those products by technical parameters of controlled products of this list.
Use of the Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity codes which are absent in the control list of specific goods is allowed.
5. The structure of the list of products of dual purpose consists of 10 categories which includes the following categories and parts:

category 0 - nuclear materials, installations and the equipment;
category 1 - materials, chemicals, microorganisms and toxins;
category 2 - processing of materials;
category 3 - electronics;
category 4 - computer facilities;
category 5 - telecommunications and "information security";
part 1. telecommunications;
part 2. "information security";
category 6 - sensors and lasers;
category 7 - navigation equipment and aviation electronics;
category 8 - maritime case;
Category 9 - propulsion systems, spacecrafts and the accompanying equipment.
Category 10 - the products controlled within homeland security, which are not covered by categories 0-9.
Each category includes 5 technical groups of products of dual purpose:
And - the equipment, nodes and components;
In - the production and test equipment;
With - materials;
D - software;
Е - technologies.
In technical group the reference to multilateral and unilateral verification regimes of specific goods is had:
000-099 - vassenaarsky arrangements (VA);
100-199 - verification regime of rocket technologies (VRRT);
200-299 - group of nuclear suppliers (GNS);
300-399 - Australian group (AG);
400-499 - convention on prohibition of chemical weapon (KHO);
500-899 - reserve;
900-999 - the unilateral lists of products controlled within homeland security.
The note on nuclear technology
(Read together with part "E" of category 0)
The "technology" which is directly connected with any goods controlled in Category 0, is controlled according to Category 0 provisions.
"Technology" for "development", "production" or "use" of the goods which are under control remains under control even if it is applied in the relation to uncontrollable goods.
Approval of goods for export at the same time resolves export to this end user of minimum of "technologies" necessary for installation, work, maintenance and repair of goods.
Control over technologies broadcast does not extend to information in "the public sphere" or on "basic scientific research".
The general note on technology
(Read together with the Section "E" of Categories 1-9)
Export of the "technology" necessary for "development", "production" or "use" of the goods controlled by Categories 1-9, is controlled according to provisions of Categories 1-9.
"Technology" "necessary" for "development", "production" or "use" of the goods which are under control remains under control even in the relation to uncontrollable goods.
Control does not extend to "technology" which is necessary minimum for installation, work, technical support (check) and repair of those goods which are not controlled or whose export is resolved.
Special note: To data the "technology" specified in 1e002.e is not exempted., 1E002.f., 8e002.a., and 8E002.b.
Control over technologies broadcast does not extend to information in "the public sphere" or on "basic scientific research" or on minimum of necessary information for execution of the patent request.
The general note according to the software
(This note has priority over any control of the Section "D"
Categories 0-9)
Categories 0-9 of this list do not control "software" which or:
a) Availablly to public use, as:
1. Is on sale from warehouse in retail outlets without any limit by means of:
a. transactions for cash;
b. postal order;
c. electronic payment; or
d. order by phone; and
2. It is developed for installation by the consumer without essential further support from the supplier; or
Special note: The Item "and" of the General note after the software does not exempt the "software" specified in Category 5 - Part 2 ("Information security").
b) is in "the public sphere".
Determination of the terms used in the list
"Accuracy" (2, 6) - the size which is usually measured in the plan of error that means the maximum variation, positive or negative, the specified size from the accepted standard or correct value.
"Active management systems flight" (7) - the systems functioning for prevention of undesirable variations or structural loadings of "aircraft" and the rocket by means of autonomous processing of output signals of several measuring sensors and issue of necessary precautionary teams for the purpose of realization of automatic control.
"Active pixel" (6, 8) - the minimum (single) element of solid-state lattice having photo-electric transfer function in case of action of light (electromagnetic) radiation.
"Adapted for military application" (1) - undergone any modifications or selection on certain qualities (for example, by amount of impurity, storage life, virulence, transfer of properties, resistance to impact of ultra-violet radiation) for the purpose of increase in efficiency of impact on people and animals or deteriorations in characteristics of the equipment, fertility of the soil or the environment.
"Aircraft" (1, 7, 9) – aircraft with motionless wing, rotary wing, the rotating wing (helicopter), the rotary bearing screw or wing of changeable arrow-shapedness.
Special note: See also "civil aircraft".
"All available adjustments" (2) - means that the producer considered all almost feasible measures on minimization of all systematic errors of positioning for specific model of the machine.
"Allocation of frequencies on ITU" (3rd 5) - means that allocation of the range of frequencies is made according to Regulations on regulations of radio communication of International union of telecommunications (edition of 1998) for the main (primary), permitted and secondary communication services.
Special note: Additional and alternative allocation is not considered.
"Variation of angular provision" (2) - the maximum difference between angular provision and the valid provision on the corner measured with very high precision after the detail fixed after processing is turned rather starting position (see VDI/VDE 2617, Working option: "Tables of dependence of turn from mechanisms of measurement of coordinates".
"Asymmetric algorithm" (5) the cryptographic algorithm using different, mathematically dependent keys for coding and decoding means.
Special note: Example of practical use of "asymmetric algorithms" this management of key.
"Automatic maintenance of the purpose" (6) - processing method which automatically determines and provides as output signal extrapolated value of the most probable provision of the purpose in real time.
"Delay time of the basic logical element" (3) - the signal delay time corresponding to passing through the basic logical element used in "family" of "monolithic integrated circuits". It can be determined for this "family" or through delay time of passing of signal through typical logical element, or through typical delay time of passing of logical element.
Special note 1: "The delay time of the basic logical element" should not be confused to delay time between output and entrance signals of difficult "monolithic integrated circuit".
Special note 2: "Family" includes all set of the integrated circuits combined by the following signs which belong to the production technology and specifications, but do not concern their functional purpose:
a) identical architecture of integrated circuits and software;
b) identical design and the applied technology; and
c) identical main characteristics.
"Basic scientific research" - the experimental or theoretical works which are carried out mainly for the purpose of receipt of new knowledge of the fundamental principles or the observed facts, are not directed directly to achievement of the specific practical purpose or the solution of specific objective.
"Shift" (accelerometer) (7) - output signal of the accelerometer for lack of the enclosed acceleration.
"Beating" (2) - the radial shift for one turnover of the main spindle measured in the plane, perpendicular axis of spindle in measurement point on the external or internal surface of rotation (source - ISO 230/1 1986, paragraph 5. 63).
"Carbon fibrous preforms" (1) - it is arranged the uncovered or covered fibers located forming product framework which then is filled with "matrix" therefore "composition material" is created.
"VE" - is equivalent to "computing element".
"QUO" (circular probabilistic variation) (7) - the size measuring accuracy; radius of circle in which center there is purpose, at certain distance in which 50% of useful load are effective.
"The chemical laser" (6) - the laser in which the initiated circle is created due to output energy of chemical reaction.
"Chemical mix" (1) - the firm, liquid or gaseous product which turned out from two or more components which do not interact with each other in storage conditions of mix means.
"Control systems of the direction or antirotation with controlled circulation" (7) - control systems which use air flows along aerodynamic surfaces for strengthening or control of forces generated by surfaces.
"Civil aircraft" (1 7 9) - the "aircraft" listed according to designated in the published certified lists of the flight validity for flights on commercial civil internal and external airlines or legalized civil, private use or for the purposes of business.
Special note: See also "aircraft".
"Connected" (1) - the having interfaces of windings of thermoplastic fibers and hardening of fibers for the purpose of receipt of the combination reinforced by matrixes fibers in general fiber form.
"Crushing" (1) - process of crushing of material by means of grinding or sifting.
"Transfer on the general channel" (5) - transfer method in case of which on one channel, between stations, information concerning the number of channels or challenges or the other information used for management of network is transferred by means of the marked messages.
"The communication channel controller" (4) - the physical interface controlling flow of synchronous or asynchronous digital information. It is the block which can be built in the computer or the telecommunication equipment for ensuring access to communication use.
"Composition material" (1, 2, 6, 8, 9) – the "matrixes" and additional phase or additional phases consisting of particles, filamentary crystals, fibers or their any combination, developed for particular purpose or the purposes.
"Cumulative Theoretical Performance" ("CTP") (3, 4) - the measure of performance of calculations expressed in millions of theoretical operations per second (Мтопс), received as a result of aggregation of "computing elements" (CE).
Special note: See Category 4, the Technical note.
"The compound rotating table" (2) - the table allowing to rotate and incline detail around two nonparallel axes on which management can be coordinated for planimetric management".
"Computing Element" (CE) (4) - the smallest computing unit which performs arithmetic or logical operations.
"Planimetric management" (2) - movement on two or more axes with the "numerical control" which is performed according to instructions which determine the following required position and required feed rates to this provision. These feed rates vary in communication with each other, as forms required contour (see ISO/DIS 2806-1980).
"Critical temperature" (1 3 6) (sometimes called by transition temperature) certain "superconducting" material - temperature at which material completely loses resistance to passing of electric current.
"Cryptography" (5) - the discipline including the principles, means and methods of transformation of information for the purpose of concealment of its content, prevention of modification or unauthorized use. "Cryptography" is limited to transformation of information with use of one or more of "confidential parameters" (for example, cryptographic variables) or the relevant management of key.
Special note: "Confidential parameter" - constant or the key known only to certain group of persons and not giving information access for other persons.
"STP" - is equivalent to "cumulative theoretical performance".
"Navigation systems on the basis of reference databases" (7) - systems which use the different sources of the priori measurements of geocartographic data which are in a complex providing exact navigation information in case of the dynamic modes. Information sources include batimetrichesky cards, celestial maps, gravitational cards, magnetic cards or three-dimensional digital district maps.
"Deformable mirrors" (6) (known also as adaptive optical mirrors) - the mirrors having:
a. One the continuous optical reflecting surface which is deformed dynamically by means of appendix of separate forces or the twisting moments for compensation of misstatements of the optical signal falling on mirror; or
b. Multielement optical reflectors which provision separately and independently changes by means of appendix of separate forces or the twisting moments for compensation of misstatements of the optical signal falling on mirror.
"Depleted uranium" (0) - uranium in which content of isotope 235 is lower, than in natural uranium.
"Development" - all stages of works up to serial production, such, as: designing, project researches, the analysis of project options, development of concepts of designing, assembly and testing of prototypes (prototypes), creation of the scheme of pilot production and technical documentation, process of transfer of technical documentation in production, structural designing, prototyping.
"Diffusion welding" (1 2 9) - solid-phase connection at the molecular level of, at least, two separate metals in whole, with durability of connection, equivalent durability of compound of the weakest material.
"The digital COMPUTER" (the 4th 5) - the equipment which can perform all following functions in the form of one or more discrete variables:
a. Accept the entered data;
b. Store data or commands in constants or the changeable (rewriting) storage devices;
c. Store data or commands in constants or the changeable (rewriting) storage devices; and
d. Provide data output.
Special note: Modifications of the written-down sequence of teams include replacement of devices of permanent memory, but not change of the carried-out connections or contacts.
"Speed of digital transmission" - the general speed of information transfer in bits which is directly transmitted through any type of the circle.
Special note: See also "The general speed of digital transmission".
"Direct hydraulic pressing" (2) - process of deformation in which the flexible camera filled with liquid which is in direct contact with procurement is used.
"Drift speed" (gyroscope) (7) - derivative on variation time from required output signal. The component consists from accidental and systematic and it is expressed as the equivalent entrance angular shift of rather inertial space in unit of time.
"Dynamic adaptive routing" (5) - automatic change of route of transmission of messages on measurement base and the analysis of the current operating conditions of network.
Special note: Here cases of decisions on change of route of transmission of messages on the basis of previously being available information do not enter.
"Dynamic analyzers of signal" (3) - "signal analyzers" which use digital selection of signal and methods of its transformation for Fourier range receipt of this signal, including information on its amplitude and phase.
Special note: See also "signal analyzers".
"Effective gram" (0 1) - means to "the special split materials":
a. For isotopes of plutonium and uranium - 233 - isotope weight in grams;
b. For the uranium enriched with isotope uranium - 235 (1% or is more) - the element weight in grams increased by root square of the enrichment expressed as decimal share on weight;
c. For the uranium enriched with isotope uranium - 235 (less than 1%) - element weight in grams, increased by 0,0001;
"Electronic assembly" (3 4 5) - quantity of the electronic components (for example, "scheme elements", "discrete components", integrated circuits and so on) connected for accomplishment of certain function(s), which are subject to replacement and disassembly.
Special note 1: "Scheme element" - separate active or passive detail of the electronic scheme, such as one diode, transistor, resistor, condenser and so forth.
Special note 2: "Discrete component" - "scheme element" in the separate case with own external conclusions.
"The phased antenna lattice with electronic scanning of beam" (the 5th 6) - the antenna creating beam by means of the choice of phase ratios that is the direction of beam is controlled the choice of complex coefficients of excitement of radiating elements, and the direction of this beam can change on bearing angle and corner of the place or both by means of appendix of electric signal, both in case of acceptance, and by transfer.
"Working bodies" (2) - captures, "active tool nodes" and any other tools which fasten on basic lattice on the end of the manual manipulator of "robot".
Special note: "active tool nodes" - devices for appendix to procurement (detail) of measuring sensors or energy for its movement or processing.
"The equivalent density" (6) - the mass of optical units per unit of the optical area projected on optical surface.
"Expert systems" (7) - the systems which are providing results by means of application of rules to information which is stored irrespective of "program", and having any of the following characteristics:
a. Automatic modification of the source code (the text of the program) entered by the user;
b. Ensuring knowledge connected with some class of problems in quasinatural language; or
c. Acquisition of knowledge required for their development (symbolical training).
"PAETsKD" - "Completely autonomous electronic and digital controller of the engine".
"Fault tolerance" (4) - property of computer system after emergence of any defect in its hardware component or "software" to continue work without intervention of the person, to provide work continuity, integrity of data and recovery of work within the set time interval.
"Fibrous or threadlike materials" (0 1 2nd 8) - the materials including:
a. Continuous "threads";
b. Continuous "yarn" and "roving";
c. "Tapes", fabrics, accidental grids of any structure and band;
d. Cotton and linen fibers;
e. The reinforcing fibers, mono - and polycrystalline, any length;
f. Aromatic polyamide cellulose.
"Film integrated circuits" (3) - set of "scheme elements" and the metal connections formed by means of drawing thick or thin film on isolating "substrate".
Special note: "scheme element" - separate active or passive detail of the electronic scheme, such as one diode, transistor, resistor, condenser and so forth.
"Fixed" (5) - means that the algorithm of coding or compression cannot change the parameters set from the outside (for example, cryptographic parameters or parameters of key) and cannot be altered by the user.
"Group of optical sensors of management system flight" (7) - the network of the distributed optical sensors using beams of "laser", providing in real time these flight controls for processing onboard.
"Optimization of trajectory of flight" (7) - the procedure minimizing variations from four-dimensional (in space and time) required trajectory on the basis of maximization of characteristics or efficiency of accomplishment of task.
"Lattice of the focal plane" (6) - linear or two-dimensional planar lattice or combination of planar layers, separate elements detectors with the reading-out electronics or without it which works in the focal plane.
Special note: This determination does not turn on set of separate detectors or any two - three - or four-element detectors on condition of lack of transactions of introduction of temporary delay and integration in these elements.
"Relative width of strip of frequencies" (3) - the "instant width the" of strip of frequencies divided into average frequency bearing, expressed as a percentage.
"Spasmodic reorganization of frequency" (5) - form of "expansion of range" in case of which transmission frequency of separate communication channel is reconstructed by means of the accidental or pseudorandom sequence of discrete jumps.
"Time of switching of frequency" (3rd 5) - the maximum time (for example, delays) which is required to output signal when switching from one frequency to another for achievement of any of the following characteristics:
a. Frequencies within 100 Hz from its final value; or
b. Level within 1 dB from the level of final value.
"Synthesizer of frequencies" (3) - any kind of the generator of signal or source of the frequencies providing irrespective of the used generation method set of one or several at the same time or alternately generated signals purposefully taken or synchronized by means of smaller number of standards of the frequency (setting frequencies).
"Completely Autonomous Electronic and Digital Controller of the Engine" ("CAEDCE") (7,9) - the electronic management system the turbine engine or the engine of the combined cycle with use of the digital COMPUTER for management of variable parameters regulating draft of the engine or level of the output capacity removed from shaft in criteria range of operation of the engine from the beginning of regulation of fuel consumption before the end of its giving.
"Gas spraying" (1) - process of spraying of stream of the melted metal alloy on drops with a diameter of 500 microns or less in gas stream of high pressure.
"Space distributed" (6) - location of one object is removed from location any other more than on 1 500 m in any direction. Mobile sensors are always considered "territorially dispersed (geographically distributed)".
"Systems of targeting" (7) - systems which combine process of measurement and calculation of provision and speed of vehicles (navigation), with calculation and sending of teams to flight management systems for adjustment of their trajectory.
"Hot isostatic modification" (2) - process of pressing of the cast forms at temperatures over 375 To (102 0 C in hermetic amount through different circles (gaseous, liquid, solid particles, etc.) for creation of equal forces in all directions for decrease or elimination of internal cavities in the cast forms.
"The hybrid COMPUTER" (4) - the equipment designed to perform all following functions:
a. Accept data;
b. Process data, both in analog, and in digital representations; and
c. Provide data output.
"The hybrid integrated circuit" (3) - any combination of integrated circuits or the integrated circuit with "scheme elements" or the "discrete components" connected together for accomplishment of certain functions and having all following characteristics:
a. Containing, at least, one packageless device;
b. Components unite with each other with use of typical production methods of integrated circuits;
c. Their whole is replaced; and
d. He is subject to disassembly in the normal state.
Special note 1: "Scheme element" - separate active or passive detail of the electronic scheme, such as one diode, transistor, resistor, condenser and so forth.
Special note 2: "Discrete component" - "scheme element" in the separate case with own external conclusions.
"Quality improvement" (4) - processing of the images bearing information by means of such algorithms as compression in time, filtering, assessment of parameters, selection, correlation, rollup or transformations between the different fields of representation (for example, Fourier or Volsh's bystry transformation). Such processing does not include algorithms with use only of linear transformation or rotation of the separate image, such as shift, extraction of signs, registration or video effect like "false color".
"Immunotoxins" (1) - the conjugant of one-celled monoklokalny antibodies and "toxins" or "subtoxins" which is selectively influencing sick cells.
"In the public sphere" - means "technology" or "software" on which further distribution restrictions are not imposed. (the restrictions connected with copyright do not remove "technology" or "software" from category of "public").
"Information security" (the 4th 5) - all means and functions providing availability, confidentiality or integrity of information or communication excepting the means and functions protecting from defects. It includes "cryptography", "cryptanalysis", protection against own radiation and protection of the computer.
Special note: "cryptanalysis" - the analysis of cryptographic system or its entrance and output signals for the purpose of extraction of confidential parameters or sensitive information, including the clear text.
"Instant width of strip of frequencies" (3 5 7) - bandwidth in which power level of output signal remains to constants within 3 decibels without fine tuning of the key working parameters.
"Tool range" (6) - unambiguously determined range of operation of the radar.
"Isolation" (9) it is applied to components of rocket engines, that is, the case, nozzle, air inlets, case caps, and includes plates of the vulcanized or semi-vulcanized rubber mix with content of insulating and fire-resistant material. Can also include protective isolation or laying for removal of tension.
"The interconnected radar sensors" (6) - two or more radar sensors are considered interconnected if mutual exchange of information in real time takes place.
"Internal covering" (9) – it is applied to layer between solid rocket fuel and the case or insulating laying. Usually it is insulating or fire-resistant material on the basis of liquid polymer, for example, of uglerodonapolnenny polybutadiene with trailer hydroxylic groups (PKGG), or other polymer with the vulkanizatsionny additives sprayed or placed in the case.
"Internal magnetic градиометр" (6) - the separate element measuring gradient of magnetic field, and the related electronic block which output signal is measure of gradient of magnetic field.

"The isolated live cultures" (1) - live cultures in inactive form and in the form of dry medicines include.
"Isostatic the press" (2) - the equipment capable to press in hermetic amount in different circles (gas, liquid, solid particles, etc.) for creation in this hermetic amount of equal pressure in all directions upon procurement or material.
"Laser" (0, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) – set of components which create coherent both in space, and in time the light radiation strengthened by means of stimulated issue of radiation.
Special note: See also: "The chemical laser"; "Laser of ultrahigh capacity"; "The reconstructed laser".
"Linearity" (2) (it is usually measured through nonlinearity parameters) - the maximum variation of the valid characteristic (average according to indications of the upper and lower scale), positive or negative, from the straight line located so that to balance and minimize the maximum variations.
"Local network" (4) - the system of data transmission having all following characteristics:
a. Allowing any number of independent "information devices" to communicate directly with each other; and
b. Limited by geographical zone of the average sizes (for example, limits of the office building, plant, group of cases or storage facilities).
Special note: "The information device" means the equipment having capability to transfer or accept the sequences of digital data.
"Magnetic gradiyentometra" (6) - the devices intended for measurement of space changes of magnetic fields of the sources which are external in relation to this device. They consist of set of "magnetometers" and the corresponding electronic block at which exit the gradient of magnetic field is measured.
Special note: See also "internal magnetic gradiyentometra".
"Magnetometers" (6) - the devices intended for measurement of magnetic field of the sources which are external in relation to the device. Consist of separate measuring element of magnetic field and the related electronic block at which exit magnetic field is measured.
"Random access memory" (4) - the main storage location of data or teams for bystry access from the central processing unit. Consists of internal memory of "the digital computer" and any means of its hierarchical expansion, such as cache memory or expanded memory of parallel access.
"The materials resistant to corrosion of UF 6 (0)" - can be: copper, stainless steel, aluminum, aluminum oxide, aluminum alloys, the nickel or alloy containing 60% or is more than nickel (on weight) and the resistant to UF 6 fluorinated hydrocarbon polymers corresponding to separation process type.
"Matrix" (1 2 8th 9) - the strong continuous substance filled with particles, filamentary crystals or fibers.
"Measurement error" (2) - the characteristic parameter determining in what range about the measured value there is true value of the measured variable with probability of 95%. This size includes not compensated systematic variations, not compensated side play and accidental variations (see ISO 10360-2 or VDI/VDE 2617).
"Mechanical alloying" (1) - process of formation of alloy, resulting from binding, crushing and formations of new bonds between particles of powders of net metals and ligatures as a result of mechanical collisions. Nonmetallic particles of addition of the corresponding powders also can be entered into alloy.
"Fusion extraction" (1) - extraction process of "bystry hardening" and extraction of product in the form of tape or threads of alloy by means of introduction of short segment of the rotating cooled disk in bathtub with the melted metal alloy.
Special note: "Bystry hardening" - hardening of the melted material at speed, chillings more than 1 000 Fps.
"Spinningovaniye of fusion" (1) - process of "bystry hardening" of flow of the melted metal falling on the rotating cooled disk creating product in the form of wire, tape or particles in the form of scales or flakes.
Special note: "Bystry hardening" the process including material fusion hardening at the speeds of chilling exceeding 1 000 Fps.
"Microcomputer chip" (3) - the "monolithic integrated circuit" or "the multichip integrated circuit" containing the arithmetic-logic device (ALD) capable to execute commands of general purpose of the internal memory device in relation to the data containing in internal memory.
Special note: Internal memory can be expanded external memory.
"Microprocessor chip" (3) - the "monolithic integrated circuit" or "the multichip integrated circuit" containing the arithmetic-logic device (ALD) capable to carry out the sequences of teams of general purpose in external memory.
Special note 1: "The microprocessor chip" usually does not contain to the available user of random access memory though in case of accomplishment of logical function memory chip can be used.
Special note 2: This determination includes the installations of integral chip intended for functioning of "microprocessor chip".
"Microorganisms" (1 2) - bacteria, viruses, mycoplasma, rickettsiae, chlamydias or mushrooms, natural origin or changed, in the form of the isolated culture or as material, including nutrient medium which is purposely infected or contaminated by such cultures.
"Rockets" (1, 3, 6, 7, 9) – the complete missile systems and the unmanned aerial vehicle capable to deliver load weighing at least 500 kg to distance at least 300 km.
Monovolokno (1) or thread - the smallest component of fiber, usually several micrometers in the diameter.
"Monolithic integrated circuit" (3) - combination passive or active "elements of the scheme", which:
a. It is made by means of diffusion processes, processes of implantation or sedimentation inside or on surface of separate piece of semi-conductor material, so-called "chips (chip)";
b. Can be considered as continuous connected; and
c. Can perform functions of the scheme.
Special note: "scheme element" - separate active or passive detail of the electronic scheme, such as one diode, transistor, resistor, condenser and so forth.
"Monospectral sensors of images" (6) - the sensors capable to obtain information on the image from one discrete spectral range.
"The multichip integrated circuit" (3) - two or more "monolithic integrated circuits" which are on general "substrate".
"Multistream processing" (4) - the "microprogram" or methods of architecture of the equipment allowing to perform at the same time processing of two or more sequences of data under control of one or more sequences of teams by means of such methods as:
a. Architecture with centralized management of data flow (SMD);
b. Architecture with parallel and centralized management of data flow (MSIMD);
c. Architecture with the data flow (MIMD) decentralized by management, including closely connected, close connected or poorly connected; or
d. Structuring arrays of elements of processing, including systolic arrays.
Special note: "Microprogram" - the sequence of the elementary teams containing in special memory which accomplishment is initiated by introduction of team in the command register.
"Multispectral sensors of images" (6) - the sensors capable to perform simultaneous or consecutive collection of video data from two and more discrete spectral ranges. Sensors which have more than twenty discrete spectral ranges are known as hyper spectral sensors of the image.
"Natural uranium" (0) - the uranium containing the mix of isotopes which is found under natural conditions.
"The controller of access to network" (4) - the physical interface of the distributed switching network. He uses the general circle functioning at identical "speed of digital transmission" with management (for example, control or detection bearing) transfer. Irrespective of any other he chooses packets of data or group of data (for example, IEEE 802) addressed to it. It is the block which can be built in the computer, or the telecommunication equipment for ensuring access to system.
"The neural COMPUTER" (4) - the computer designed or the computer characterized by capability of the equipment modified for imitation of behavior of neuron or set of neurons, for example, to modulate the weight and quantity of interconnection of set of computing components on the basis of the previous information.
"Noise level" (6) - the electric signal expressed through parameters of spectral density of noise. The ratio between the noise level and peak level of signal is expressed by formula S 2 pp = 8 N 0 (f 2 - f 1) where S pp - the peak level of signal (for example, in nanoteslas), N 0 - the spectral density of capacity [for example, (nanotesla) 2/Hz] and (f 2 - f 1) - strip of frequencies.
"Nuclear reactor" (0) - all objects which are inside or components which usually are in direct contact attached to the reactor case, the equipment which manages energy level in active zone and or manage cooling agent of the first contour of active zone of the reactor.
"Numerical control" (2) - the automatic control of process exercised of the device using the numerical data which are usually entered in process of process course (source - ISO 2382).
"Object code" (9) - the form of suitable representation of one or more processes (the text of the program or language of the program) which is subject to execution which is transformed by programming system.
"Optical strengthening" (5) (in optical communication) - method of strengthening of the optical signals connected by separate optical source without transformation to electric signals, for example, using semiconductor optical amplifiers, fiber-optical luminescent amplifiers.
"The optical COMPUTER" (4) - the equipment designed or modified for the purpose of use of light for data presentation elements of computing logic by which are based on directly connected optical devices.
"The optical integrated circuit" (3) - the monolithic integrated circuit or the hybrid integrated circuit containing one or more parts intended for work as photodetector or the photocathode or accomplishment of optical or electrooptical functions.
"Optical switching" (5) - routing or switching of signals in optical form without transformation to electric signals.
"The total density of current" (3) - the total number of amperes rounds in the solenoid (i.e. the amount of number of rounds increased by the maximum current of each round) divided into the total area of cross section of the solenoid (including superconducting rounds, metal matrix into which superconducting rounds, cover material, the channel of chilling and so on are put).
"State Party" (the 7th 9) are the state, being the participant of the Vassenaarsky Arrangement. (See www.wassenaar.org)
"Peak capacity" (6) - energy of impulse in joules, divided into impulse duration in seconds.

"Required" (1 – 9) – in relation to "technology" means only that part of technology which allows to reach or exceed controlled levels, characteristics or functions. Such "required" "technology" can contain in different goods.
"Permission" (2) - the smallest increment of indications of the measuring device; in digital devices - younger bit (source: ANSI B-89.1.12).
"Robot" (2nd 8) - manipulator which can make movements continuously or between certain points, have measuring sensors and have all following characteristics:
a. Multifunctionality;
b. Establish capability in certain provision or orient material, details, tools or special devices by means of the recustomized movements in three-dimensional space;
c. Can manage three or more servo-drivers with the closed or opened contour, including step engines; and
d. Has "possibility of programming available to the user" by means of training method with storing or due to use of the computer which can be the programmable logical controller, that is without intermediate mechanical transactions.
Special note: The above-stated determination does not turn on the following devices:
1. The manipulators managed only manually or the cameraman;

Changes or modifications of structure of the program (for example, changes of pins or change of cams) concerning movement on one or several coordinates are performed only by means of mechanical transactions;
4. Not the servoupravlyaemy manipulators with the variable sequence of actions relating to the automated moving devices functioning according to mechanically fixed programmable types of movements. The program is subject to changes, inconsistency of transactions changes only by means of binary signal from mechanically fixed electric devices or the reconstructed fixers;
5. The lifting devices with the receiver of punched cards which are among the manipulators working in the Cartesian system of coordinates, manufactured as integral part of vertical system of bunkers for storage of materials and intended for ensuring access to content of these bunkers for loading or unloading.
"Centrifugal spraying" (1) - process of transformation of flow or the melted metal which is in bathtub by means of centrifugal force in drops with a diameter of 500 microns or less.
"Rove / ровинги" (1) - sheaf (usually 12-120) approximately parallel "locks".
