1. Determine that the payment for entrance and transit of cargo vehicles and buses of the Kyrgyz Republic through customs area of the Republic of Uzbekistan established by the legislation is not levied for journey of cargo vehicles and buses of the Kyrgyz Republic, the following along routes according to appendix.

2. To the State Customs Committee to establish strict control of observance of established procedure of entrance and transit of the cargo vehicles and buses of the Kyrgyz Republic crossing customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 03.05.2018 No. UP-5428

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Yunusov R. R.

The list of routes of cargo vehicles and buses of the Kyrgyz Republic according to which charges when crossing customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan are not levied

1. Transit from Kyrgyzstan to Kyrgyzstan through the territory of Uzbekistan.

2. To the transshipment facility of the Mayluusuysky electrolamp plant and back through the check point "Madaniyat" (The Andijan region).

3. In "Ferbazu-1" and "Ferbazu-2" of Kadamzhaysky antimonial plant and back through the check point Fergana (The Fergana region).
