About entering of amendments into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In article 421 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 2021 (further – the Code):

To add 2) with part 2 following of content:
"2. Making of the actions directed to refusal of sovereignty – complete or partial restriction of sovereignty the Republic of Armenia by use of violence or by means of threat of use of violence:
it is punished by imprisonment for a period of ten up to fifteen years.".
Article 2. To "violation" to add heading and part 1 of article 422 of the Code after the word with words ", to refusal of sovereignty".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
