About advancing of agreements (public contracts) on delivery of manufactured goods for the state and municipal needs, and also for needs of defense of the country and safety of the state
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine that the main managers of means of the federal budget as receivers of means of the federal budget and receivers of means of the federal budget subordinated to them provide in the contracts (public contracts) on delivery of manufactured goods signed by them in 2022 - 2024 for the state and municipal needs, and also for needs of defense of the country and safety of the state according to the list according to appendix advance payments in the amount of at least 80 percent of the price of the agreement (public contract), but no more limits of the budget obligations brought to them in accordance with the established procedure on the specified purposes for the corresponding financial year.
2. This resolution extends to purchases of the manufactured goods provided by appendix to this resolution in case of establishment according to part 3 of article 14 of the Federal law "About Contractual System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" of prohibition on the admission of such goods coming from foreign states, or restrictions of the admission of such goods.
