About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of health care and compulsory medical insurance
For the purpose of exception of duplication of functions, optimization and rational use of budgetary funds by Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 249 the following changes:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 6:
the ninth subitem 2 to declare the paragraph invalid;
third subitem 3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff of state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, including technical and service personnel" of November 15, 2021 No. 264 the following change:
