Regulations on registration of rules of trust management of mutual investment funds and changes and amendments in them

This Regulations on registration of rules of trust management of mutual investment funds and changes and amendments in them (further - the Provision) determine order of registration the Federal Service for Financial Markets of rules of trust management of mutual investment funds, changes and amendments in rules of trust management of mutual investment funds, and also establish requirements to structure and contents of the documents submitted for their registration.

2. For registration of rules of trust management of mutual investment fund by managing company of mutual investment fund (further - managing company) are represented:

1) statement for registration of rules of trust management of mutual investment fund;

2) rules of trust management of mutual investment fund;

3) decision of managing company on approval of rules of trust management of mutual investment fund;

4) the copy of the license of managing company for implementation of activities for trust management of investment funds, mutual investment funds and non-state pension funds which is not suspended (before receipt of the form of the license the statement from the register of licenses for activities on trust management of investment funds, mutual investment funds and non-state pension funds can be provided);

5) the copy of the contract of managing company with specialized depositary of mutual investment fund certified by managing company, data on which contain in rules of trust management of mutual investment fund (further - specialized depositary);

6) the copy of the license of specialized depositary for implementation of activities of specialized depositary of investment funds, mutual investment funds and non-state pension funds which is not suspended (before receipt of the form of the license the statement from the register of licenses for activities of specialized depositaries of investment funds, mutual investment funds and non-state pension funds can be provided);

7) the copy of the agreement on maintaining the register of owners of investment shares of the mutual investment fund signed by managing company with person performing maintaining such register, data on which contain in rules of trust management of mutual investment fund (further - person performing maintaining the register), certified by managing company;
