For the purpose of further development of competitive environment in the domestic market of motor transport and providing the population with available automobile vehicles:
1. Determine that till January 1, 2026 when importing new automobile vehicles (the Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity codes 8703 21 10, 8703 22 10 and 8703 31 10), made no later than one year at the time of their crossing of customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan, are applied the following rates of customs duties:
for new automobile vehicles with effective engine cylinder capacity no more than 1 000 cubic cm - zero rate;
for new automobile vehicles with effective engine cylinder capacity no more than 1 200 cubic cm - rate of 5 percent.
2. Make changes to Rates of the import customs duties approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 29, 2018 No. PP-3818 according to appendix.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Zh. A. Hodzhayev.
