1. According to the procedure of preparation for actions to destination governing bodies and forces of civil protection, No. 443 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 26, 2013 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 50, Art. 1787; 2020, No. 99, Art. 3219):
In paragraph one of item 4 of the word of "functional and territorial subsystems of single state system of civil protection and their links" shall be replaced with words 1) "the central executive bodies, local executive bodies, executive bodies city, district in the cities (in case of their creation), settlement, village councils";
To add 2) in Item 12 after the word of "areas" with words ", the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol", and "within the cities, areas, areas in the cities" shall be replaced with words words" within areas, areas in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, the territories of territorial communities";
3) in appendix to the Procedure:
