About modification of item 4 of the Regulations On National police

Bring in item 4 of the Regulations On National police approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 877 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 89, Art. 2971; 2017, No. 59, the Art. 1789), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to item 4 of the Regulations On National police

1. Add Item with subitems 5-1, 5-2, 12-1, 14-2-14-4, 26-1 and 26-2 of the following content:

"5-1) performs in interaction with Armed Forces, National guard, State frontier service, State special transservice, the SSU fight against diversionary and prospecting forces of aggressor (opponent) and the militarized or paramilitary groups which are not provided by the laws of Ukraine;

5-2) promotes State frontier service in identification of channels of illegal crossing of frontier, movement of weapon, ammunition, explosives and together with the relevant law enforcement agencies liquidates such channels";

"12-1) provides according to the legislation control of collection of receipts in the government budget of payments (administrative penalties and other sanctions) according to the list of codes of budget classification, certain resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 16, 2011 to No. 106 "Some questions of accounting of taxes, charges, payments and other budget receipts" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 12, Art. 508; 2015, No. 100, the Art. 3441) for National police, and also accounting of such payments within competence;";
