For the purpose of enhancement of activities of republican state public association "Belarusian republican society of rescue on waters" (further if other is not determined, - OSVOD) I decide:
1. Approve the Charter of republican state public association "Belarusian republican society of rescue on waters" it (is applied).
2. Authorize the Ministry of Emergency Situations to be the representative of the Republic of Belarus in OSVOD.
3. Determine that:
financing of content of OSVOD is performed at the expense of own means, means of the republican budget, local budgets and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation;
financing of content of department of republican diving rescue service OSVOD is performed at the expense of means of the republican budget;
financing of content and equipment of diving rescue services OSVOD of areas and Minsk, including maneuverable and search groups, and also life-saving stations, permanent and seasonal rescue posts, is performed at the expense of means of the local budgets and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.
4. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2022 No. 405 "About the Ministry of Emergency Situations" the following changes:
in Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Decree:
"republican" to exclude the word from the paragraph of third subitem 9.3;
"state" to exclude the word from subitem 9.24;
on supervision of safe operation in the industry of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Decree "state" to exclude the word from the paragraph of the fourth subitem 9.6 of Item 9 of the Regulations on Department;
