1. In Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 1997 No. 176 "About approval of Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 8, page 142; 2008, No. 19, Art. 541; 2012, 45, the Art. 1761) words to "The ministry of infrastructure" shall be replaced with words No. "To the ministry of development of communities, territories and infrastructures".
5. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 20, 2006 No. 1764 "About approval of the Technical regulation of construction products (products)" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 51, Art. 3415; 2022, No. 26, Art. 1431):
To "The ministry of development of communities and territories" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of the word" to the Ministry of development of communities, territories and infrastructures";
The word Ministry of Regional Development in all cases to replace 2) in the text of the Technical regulation approved by the specified resolution with the word of Ministry of Infrastructure.
