Some questions of return of the funds allocated from the government budget to the Ministry of Economics for financial assistance to Fund of obligatory national social insurance for unemployment case on returnable basis for allowance payment on unemployment

For the purpose of realization of Item 6 of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2023" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 2020 No. 308 "About assignment for provision of financial aid of obligatory national social insurance to Fund for unemployment case" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 36, Art. 1199; 2021, No. 12, the Art. 509) the enclosed changes.

2. Provide to the state jobcenter return of the funds allocated from Fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its consequences for provision of financial aid of obligatory national social insurance to Fund for unemployment case on returnable basis for allowance payment on unemployment according to the paragraph third Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 2020 No. 308 "About assignment for financial assistance to Fund of obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 36, the Art. 1199), into the off-budget account of the Ministry of Economics opened in the Public treasurer service on sub-account 3551 "Other accounts of managers and receivers of budgetary funds" of the Chart of accounts of financial accounting in public sector the Ministry of Finance approved by the order of December 31, 2013 No. 1203.

3. Provide to the Ministry of Economics return of the funds specified in Item 1 of this resolution for sub-account 3133 "Means from return of the budget credits granted at the expense of the government budget" the Chart of accounts of the financial accounting in public sector approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of December 31, 2013 No. 1203.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 2020 No. 308

1. In paragraph three of Item 1 of the resolution of the word "on irretrievable basis (consumption expenses)" shall be replaced with words "on returnable basis (loan granting)".

2. In Item 1 and in paragraph three of Item 3 of the Procedure for use of the funds allocated for financial assistance to Fund of the obligatory national social insurance on case of unemployment approved by the specified resolution of the word "on irretrievable basis" shall be replaced with words "on returnable basis".
