This Law is directed to support of some categories of persons which became faces with disability in connection with wound, mutilation, contusion or owing to disease, connected with accomplishment official (office, professional) obligations during military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in areas of carrying out military (fighting) operations or in the areas which were exposed to bombings, airstrikes and other armed attacks, and in case of death (death) of specified persons - in support of members of their families.

Article 1. Persons having the right to the one-time monetary assistance for harm of life and to health

1. The right to appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance for harm of life and to health have faces from number of persons employed of objects of critical infrastructure, government employees, officials of local self-government who became persons with disability in connection with wound, mutilation, contusion or owing to disease, connected with accomplishment official (office, professional) obligations during military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in areas of carrying out after February 24, 2022 of military (fighting) operations or in the areas which were exposed after this date goal-scorers, to airstrikes and other armed attacks.

2. In case of death (death) of persons specified in part one of this Article, in connection with wound, mutilation, contusion or owing to disease, connected with accomplishment official (office, professional) obligations during military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in areas of carrying out after February 24, 2022 of military (fighting) operations or in the areas which were exposed after this date to bombings, airstrikes and other armed attacks, the one-time monetary assistance for harm of life and to health is appointed and paid to members of their families.

3. Treat members of families of the died (died) persons specified in part one of this Article:

the children including adopted, conceived during lifetime of the died (died) person and his death, and also children which are given rise later concerning which the died (died) person in case of his life was deprived of the parent rights;

one of spouses who endured the died (died) person;

parents (adoptive parents) of the died (died) person, if they were not deprived concerning it the parent rights or their parent rights were recovered for the period of his death (death);

grandsons of the died (died) person, if at the time of his death (death) their parents died (died);

the woman (man) with whom (with which) the died (died) person lived one family, but to were not married among themselves or in any other scrap provided that this fact is determined by the judgment which took legal effect;

the dependents of the died (died) person determined according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance".

4. Person specified in part one of this Article has the right to constitute in written any form the personal order on case of the death (death) about payment of the one-time monetary assistance to person (persons) for its choice, having determined the size of share of such persons as a percentage (further - the personal order).

Irrespective of contents of the personal order juvenile, minor, full age disabled children, the disabled widow (widower) and disabled parents of the died (died) person in the amount of 50 percent of share which would belong to each of them in case of appointment and payment of one-time money allowance in the absence of the personal order have the right to one-time money allowance.

Authenticity of the signature on the personal order is certified by the commander/head the division/head of body in which such person serves/works, or the notary.

The original of the personal order is stored in the personal record of person specified in part one of this Article.

The procedure and terms of transfer by person specified in part one of this Article, original of the personal order to the commander/head to the division/head of body in which such person serves/works for storage in the personal record are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Person specified in part one of this Article has the right at any time to cancel the personal order or to constitute new.

Each new personal order cancels reality of previous.

It is forbidden to disclose contents of the personal order before factual determination of death (death) of person which constituted it.

Article 2. The extent of the one-time monetary assistance for harm of life and to health

1. The one-time monetary assistance for harm of life and to health to which person according to this law has the right is established in the following sizes:

1) to persons with disability of the I group-800 of thousands of hryvnias;

2) to persons with disability of the II group-500 of thousands of hryvnias;

3) to persons with disability of III group-200 of thousands of hryvnias;

4) in case of death (death) - 1 million hryvnias.

Article 3. Appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance for harm of life and to health

1. The one-time monetary assistance for harm of life and to health is appointed and paid according to the decision of the body determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The body determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine gratuitously according to the procedure of electronic interaction obtains necessary information from state bodies which are owners (managers, holders, owners, administrators, etc.) the information (automated), information and communication, communication and help systems, registers and databanks, including from the Unified state demographic register, the state register of acts of civil status of citizens, the Unified state register of judgments, the Unified register of persons, missing persons in case of special circumstances, databank about the orphan children, children deprived of parent guardianship, and family of potential adoptive parents, guardians, custodians, adoptive parents, parents tutors, etc. about persons having the right to the one-time monetary assistance.

The procedure for receipt of information from registers and information databases is determined by the manager of the personal data containing in the corresponding registers or databases.

2. The one-time monetary assistance for harm of life and to health to persons specified in part three of article 1 of this Law in the absence of the personal order is appointed and paid by equal shares to all persons having the right to its appointment and payment according to their application in person or the statement of their legal representatives.
