1. Enter till December 31, 2025 inclusive export ban out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation of goods according to the list according to appendix.

2. Determine that the measure, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, does not extend to goods:

the territories of the Russian Federation moved between parts through the territories of foreign states;

exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for the purpose of ensuring activities of divisions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies of the Russian Federation which are in the territories of foreign states;

taken out from the territory of the Russian Federation to state members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to the decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation made based on appeals of the governments of the state members of the Eurasian Economic Union approved with the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control and other interested federal executive bodies;

taken out within the international transit airborne transportations through the territory of the Russian Federation to the third countries (except the foreign states and the territories making concerning the Russian Federation, the Russian legal entities and physical persons unfriendly actions, No. 430-r approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 5, 2022 included in the list), in one of the following cases:

the aircraft makes intermediate landing at the international airport of the Russian Federation without unloading of goods concerning which the temporary ban on export according to Item 1 of this resolution is imposed, and after intermediate landing follows out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation;

the aircraft makes intermediate landing at the international airport of the Russian Federation with single reloading of goods concerning which the temporary ban on export according to Item 1 of this resolution is imposed, on other aircraft going out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation (without their room under customs procedure of customs transit) provided that the specified goods are under customs control and do not leave the check point through frontier of the Russian Federation;

exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for the purpose of hunting, the participations in sporting events, exhibitions or in historical and cultural actions with possibility of exhibiting including which are earlier imported on the territory of the Russian Federation for present purposes.

To provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Border service of Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control, the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation and the Federal Customs Service within the competence control over the implementation of Items 1 and 2 of this resolution.
