Some questions of management of check points through frontier for automobile communication
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine:
The ministry of development of communities and territories is the principal organ in system of the central executive bodies providing forming and realization of state policy in the field of development, constructions, reconstruction, repair, arrangement and upgrade of check points through frontier;
The state agency of recovery and development of infrastructure is the central executive body which realizes state policy concerning development, constructions, repair, arrangement and upgrade of check points through frontier for automobile communication and their content.
2. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of development of communities and the territories on transfer of objects of state-owned property of check points through frontier for the automobile and/or pedestrian communication (except technical means for implementation of customs control, including systems of video control, the scanning systems (scanners), means of weighing (scales, weight platforms) to the sphere of management of the State agency of recovery and development of infrastructure.
3. To the State Customs Service together with the State agency of recovery and development of infrastructure to approve in week time from the date of entry into force of this resolution the actions plan on transfer of objects of state-owned property of check points through frontier for automobile communication to the sphere of management of the State agency of recovery and development of infrastructure.
4. To provide to the state agency of recovery and development of infrastructure provision of objects of state-owned property of check points through frontier for automobile communication with the purpose of accommodation of representatives of the State Border Service, the State Customs Service, their separate divisions, and in some cases representatives of other central executive bodies for implementation of the powers determined by the legislation by them.
