About modification and amendments in the Constitutional law "Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Regarding the 4th article 2 of the Constitutional law of February 7, 2018 No. ZR-95 "The judicial code of the Republic of Armenia" (further – the Law):

1) in Item 3 punctuation mark "." to replace with punctuation mark ";";

To add 2) with item 4 of the following content:

"4) Appeal anti-corruption Court.".

Article 2. To add article 15 of the Law with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. In Appeal anti-corruption Court the structures provided by part 2 of this Article are created of judges, respectively, with specialization in cases on consideration of corruption crimes and with specialization in anti-corruption civil cases.".

Article 3. In article 21 of the Law:

Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. Judges of Trial Court of the general jurisdiction of areas have civil or criminal specialization. Judges of civil court of the first instance of the general jurisdiction of the city of Yerevan have civil, and judges of criminal court of the first instance of the general jurisdiction of the city of Yerevan – criminal specialization.";

2) part 2 after the words "criminal proceedings" to add with words "productions on judicial guarantees of pre-judicial production, and also";

Part 2.1 to state 3) in the following edition:

"2.1. All petitions for implementation of the investigation and search operations held with the permission of courts in the territory of the Republic of Armenia consider only judges of criminal court of the first instance of the general jurisdiction of the city of Yerevan.";

4) parts 2.2 and 2.3 to recognize invalid.

Article 4. To state Item 1 of part 1 of article 23 of the Law in the following edition:
