According to the subitem 4 of Item 2 of the Procedure and criteria of determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are crucial for the functioning of national economy and ensuring life activity of the population during the special period approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 2023 No. 76, I order:

1. Approve criteria of determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are important for the enclosed industries of national economy.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.

Criteria of determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are important for industries of national economy

1. The companies, organizations, the organizations are determined important for industries of national economy if they correspond at least to one of the following criteria:

1) implementation of support and support of investment projects according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (according to part one of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of investment projects with considerable investments in Ukraine") or Ministry of Economics;

2) implementation according to the laws of realization of state policy for which forming the Ministry of Economics is responsible;

3) receipt of financial state support in the form of grants according to the Law of Ukraine "About development and the state support of small and medium entrepreneurship in Ukraine", Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on provision on the competitive beginnings of financial support to startups in Ukraine, including in the field of information technologies, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 24, 2022 No. 736, the Procedure for provision of microgrants on creation or development of own business approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 21, 2022 No. 738, the Procedure for provision of grants on creation or development of processing enterprises approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 24, 2022 No. 739, in 2022-2023;

4) performance of works and provision of services for Ministry of Economics based on the agreements (agreements, memorandums, contracts) signed for the term of at least six months;

5) stay in the field of management of Ministry of Economics and accomplishment of state orders;

6) the average salary of employees of the company, organization, the organization performing activities in the field of forming and/or realization of policy of which provides Ministry of Economics, constitutes not below the average salary over the country of 1,5 increased by coefficient;

7) implementation of activities in the territory of three and more areas of Ukraine, in the field of, forming and/or realization of policy of which provides Ministry of Economics;

8) production of type of production or provision of services which provides requirements of other companies, organizations, organizations for material resources raw materials and materials, components which lack will lead to complete stop of production or provision of services, in the field of, forming and/or realization to the politician of which provides Ministry of Economics.
