1. Determine that:

the decision on determination of useful life of subject to placement is drawn up by the legal entities, individual entrepreneurs who are builders of subject to placement and in notifying procedure goes to Federal Nature Management Supervision Service.

2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2023 and is effective till September 1, 2029.
