About establishment for 2007 of admissible share of the foreign workers used by the business entities performing activities in the sphere of retail trade in the territory of the Russian Federation

1. Establish for 2007 admissible share of the foreign workers used by the business entities performing in the territory of the Russian Federation the following types of activity in the sphere of retail trade provided by the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities:

a) retail trade by alcoholic beverages, including beer (code 52.25.1) - in the amount of 0 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

b) retail trade by pharmaceutical goods (code 52.31) - in the amount of 0 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

c) retail trade in tents and in the markets (code 52.62) - in the amount of 40 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities for the period from January 15 to April 1, 2007 and 0 percent - for the period from April 1 to December 31, 2007;

d) other retail trade out of shops (code 52.63) - in the amount of 40 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities for the period from January 15 to April 1, 2007 and 0 percent - for the period from April 1 to December 31, 2007.

2. To the business entities specified in Item 1 of this resolution to bring the number of the used foreign workers into accord with this resolution, being guided by requirements of the labor law of the Russian Federation.

3. Annually, till November 15 to represent to the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation to the Government of the Russian Federation offers on determination for the next year of admissible share of the foreign workers used in various industries of economy by the business entities performing activities in the territory of the Russian Federation.

4. Make to the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation explanations on application of this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 15, 2007.
